About the Game

Return to the rain-soaked town of Desolation and the endless dungeon beneath it. Dungeons of Desolation Remastered is a top-down 2D roguelike with hand-crafted dark-fantasy zones, randomized dungeon layouts, gear-driven character builds, and unforgiving combat. Originally released in 2012 on Xbox Live Indie Games, the remaster brings the game to PC on Steam with new art, modernized controls, quality-of-life changes, and the same deep skill, loot, and dungeon-crawling systems that made the original worth coming back to.

Development Status

The remaster is currently in active development. The Steam page isn’t live yet — updates, screenshots, and devlogs are shared through X, YouTube, and OnlyLuck.ca. Console releases may follow PC if the launch goes well.
